Search for a home ends here

Have been looking out for a house for quite some time, but was not able to get something suitable. Either the rates are very high or the locality is inappropriate. Meanwhile I even lost hope of finding a good house.

I went to Jassi's place today, just a casual visit. Here Suman mentioned that she had spoken to someone at Montvert Pristine and they do have some flats available.

I wasn't all that excited about it, as I thought the locality would not be appropriate and Monvert rates are usually higher than market rates.

However what's wrong in visiting the place. So three of us went ahead to have a look at the place. On visiting the place we found that the locality very decent. Had a look at the sample flat and discussed the budget. Everything seemed to be falling in place. All of us liked the place and we thought that we would keep this option open.

Thought about the pros and cons of living here, everything was on the positive side, its not that far away from the office and the city. Only one negative point, the place is exactly opposite Khadki railway station so there would be a lot of noise . But then there are hardly any trains that stop at Khadki and even if they honk its only for a few seconds.

By the end of the visit I was very firm that I would be buying a house here. We even finalized the floor. Since myself and Jassi both have a fascination for higher floors, we decided to buy a house on the penultimate floor i.e. the 10th floor.
